Focus and clarity is key when defining a brand proposition. But what happens when the focus or audience for a brand needs to change or evolve? How does a brand broaden its reach to become relevant to new audiences, without confusing or alienating its existing audience? This was the challenge confronting Adhere – a national registry for Acute Decompensated Heart Failure (ADHF), sponsored by Scios Inc. SALT expanded the Adhere brand to better resonate with a broader medical audience, and created a brand personality to support the integrity of the registry.

The new identity and visual language for the Adhere registry represents the three core data modules – and reflect a more serious scientific brand personality appropriate for an expanding audience.
